NEMO is a department within the Office of the Prime Minister and the Director is answerable to the Cabinet Secretary for the day to day operations within the Organization.  So it is therefore a part of the Public Service; and all applications to join the Public Service (including NEMO) must be submitted in the Official Government Format:

To take part in the Government's Summer program applications must also be submitted in the Official Government Format:
